Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a dedicated Estate Planning Attorney in Beaufort, SC, to join a growing practice. The attorney will handle consultations, draft documents, and establish estate planning strategies for clients, while coordinating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 5–7 years in estate planning, SC licensure, and a JD from an accredited school. North Carolina licensure is a plus, with opportunities for travel and collaboration within the firm.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active SC license.
• 5–7 years of experience in estate planning and elder law.
• Dual SC/NC licensure preferred with strong client service.
• Experience in trust/estate administration and Medicaid planning is valued.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and develop tailored estate plans for clients.
• Draft documents, research laws, and meet clients to finalize strategies.
• Maintain open client communication and manage billable hours.
• Collaborate with firm attorneys to enhance estate practice and service.
• Travel to regional offices as needed.
