Oath Planning is seeking an Associate Attorney for an in-person, client-facing role in Las Vegas, NV. You’ll work directly with clients navigating important decisions about protection, legacy, and future clarity.

No prior estate planning experience required—we’ll teach you and provide mentorship as you grow within the team. You’ll join a nationwide group of attorneys and financial advisors focused on collaborative, impact-driven planning.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active law license.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Comfort with public speaking, persuasion, and education-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and consultations to educate on estate and financial planning options.
• Meet with clients, gather information, and help them take action.
• Design and review personalized estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Guide clients through document signing appointments and ensure understanding of plans.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client meetings and communications.
