Job summary

LeoForce, a fast-growing boutique law firm in Manhattan, seeks a mid-level trusts & estates attorney with 6+ years of private wealth experience and active New York bar admission. You will own client relationships and draft grantor trusts, GRATs, and family LLCs.

This in-office role offers competitive compensation ($200,000–$250,000 per year), early origination credit, and a partner-led environment focused on high-net-worth work. Based in Manhattan, you will work in-office from day one.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of dedicated trusts & estates/private wealth experience at a law firm.
• Active New York bar admission; fluency in grantor trusts, GRATs, family LLCs or comparable wealth-transfer vehicles.
• Comfortable owning direct client communication, not just drafting in the background.

Responsibilities

• Draft grantor trusts, GRATs, and family LLCs; ensure precise estate planning documents.
• Own client relationships from day one and manage matters end-to-end in a high-net-worth practice.

Compensation & location: Manhattan in-office. Compensation is competitive with the New York private wealth market for this experience level, with early origination credit
