Job summary

Our well-established and expanding estate planning practice is seeking an estate planning attorney with 5-10 years of experience.

Due to sustained client demand and continued growth, we are looking for an attorney who is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a steady volume of sophisticated client work without compromising quality.

Position Overview

You will work closely with partners and clients on a broad range of estate planning matters, including:

• Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Assisting with trust administration and estate settlement matters
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners on wealth transfer strategies
• Coordinating with the firm’s corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estate planning experience
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple matters efficiently
• Excellent communication and client service skills

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience with WealthCounsel / WealthDocs or similar estate planning software
• Exposure to advanced planning techniques (e.g., irrevocable trusts, tax planning strategies)
