• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts required
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships
• Strong interest in business development and long-term partnership opportunities
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining precision
