  • Admission to practice in Massachusetts required.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Interest in business development and long-term partnership opportunities.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining precision.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and communicate with clients, advisors, and related stakeholders.
  • Draft advanced estate planning documents and related materials.
  • Prepare gift tax returns.
  • Provide exceptional client service with proactive communication and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members while also managing work independently.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job description

Pay Range: $120K-$150K

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5

Required: 5+ years of Estate Planning and Probate experience as an attorney
