Job summary

The Law Offices of Kimberly Butler Rainen is a boutique Estate Planning law firm in Andover, MA, seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team.

We expect a JD with Massachusetts Bar, 5+ years in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration, and the ability to lead a team in a client-focused practice. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with salary and bonus commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• JD and active Massachusetts Bar license required.
• Five+ years of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration experience.
• Ability to lead and manage others in a fast-paced firm.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients and guide them through the Estate Planning process.
• Provide expert Estate Planning and Asset Protection work products.
• Research, design, and create customized Trust provisions.
• Cultivate and manage referral relationships with financial advisors and CPAs.

The Law Offices of Kimberly Butler Rainen is a boutique Estate Planning law firm providing top-notch service in a compassionate and client-focused setting.

We are actively recruiting for an Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team.

If you are an experienced Estate Planning attorney who enjoys - and is energized by – the challenging practice area of Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration, then we would love to talk with you.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The responsibilities of the Estate Planning Associate are consistent with those of an experienced legal professional in this practice area, including,

• Consult with prospective clients and lead them through our Estate Planning Process.
• Provide expert legal advice and deliver superior Estate Planning and Asset Protection work products.
• Research, design, and create customized Trust provisions.
• Cultivate and manage professional referral relationships with financial advisors and CPAs.

Salary and bonus Between $90,000 to $120,000+ based on experience and performance.

This is a full-time position in our Andover, Massachusettslocation.

QUALIFICATIONS - Qualified applicants will have

• Juris Doctor of Law (JD) and active Massachusetts Bar license (New Hampshire a plus)
• Five (5) years or more of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage others in a fast-paced, service-oriented firm

Additionally, the Master of Laws (LL.M.) advanced degree is highly desirable, but not required.
