You will support partners by providing thoughtful legal services to individuals and families, fostering meaningful client relationships and ensuring high-quality work.

The role requires a Juris Doctor, active Pennsylvania license, and 2+ years in estate planning or elder law, along with strong research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania law license.
• 2+ years experience preferred in estate planning or elder law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to estate planning and wealth protection.
• Draft, review, and execute estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Meet with clients to understand goals and provide tailored recommendations.
• Explain legal concepts clearly and compassionately.
• Manage case progression and maintain consistent client communication.
• Review and oversee work prepared by paralegals and support staff.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.
