Job summary

Caring Transitions of Paradise Valley & Cave Creek is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to assist with relocation services for local families. The role emphasizes greeting clients, processing payments, and providing exceptional service in a flexible, part-time capacity.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a valid driver’s license. No prior experience is strictly required, and photography skills are a plus for staging items.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Professional attitude and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues.
• Operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed.
• Communicate in a positive manner with clients, peers, and Managers.
• Provide exceptional customer service as you safely pack/unpack and stage/resettle client household items.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
