Responsibilities

• Notify Estate Manager on damages or disturbances.
• Resolve complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Assist guests when necessary.
• Keep linen room and closets organized.
• Check stocking levels and replenish supplies.
• Ensure Principal's clothes are clean and prepared.
• Support travel preparation, including packing.
• Care for family pets.
• Work as a team and help where needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
