Qualifications

• CPA, JD, LLM or Master in Taxation required or preferred.
• Minimum five years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience with fiduciary, gift and estate tax returns (1041).
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiduciary, gift and estate tax returns and select individual returns.
• Review staff work, advise on tax planning opportunities and savings.
• Develop staff and seniors; manage engagement resources and billing.
• Provide client advice on tax and estate planning matters.
• Support firm growth and internal initiatives.
