Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Estate Administrator to support our Trusts & Estates practice in Boston. You will manage all aspects of estate administration, working closely with attorneys, clients, personal representatives, and beneficiaries.

The role requires handling high-net-worth estates with discretion and professionalism, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. The position offers a hybrid work environment with comprehensive benefits in the Boston area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in estate administration, preferably within a law firm, bank, or trust company.
  • Strong knowledge of estate and tax processes; experience with state and federal estate tax returns.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with tax or accounting software such as CCH Axcess preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Estate Administrator to support our Trusts & Estates practice.
