Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in estate administration, probate court procedures and trust settlement.
• Proficiency in drafting probate/trust documents and managing fiduciary accounting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional contact with clients, courts, financial institutions and third parties.
• Draft engagement letters for new and existing clients.
• Assist attorneys with case management, deadlines and high-volume caseloads.
• Prepare probate forms, petitions and related filings.
• Assist with ongoing trust administration, distributions and estate tax return support.
