Job summary

Maine Academy of Family Physicians in Michigan is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a five-physician, eight-advanced-provider team in a predominantly outpatient setting. The role spans Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Mental Health, Hematology and more, with a strong emphasis on collaborative, patient-centered care.

The group offers competitive salary in the $200k range, potential for a four-day work week, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be BE/BC in Family Medicine.
• Outpatient Family Medicine with diverse services.
• Willing to join a multi-specialty group including Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Mental Health, Hematology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care within a multi-specialty group.
• Collaborate with internal medicine, gynecology, mental health and other providers.
• Manage approximately 20 patients per day and document in Epic EMR.
