Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, Merchandising, or related field.
• 5+ years in merchandise or inventory planning, buying, replenishment, or supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with Excel expertise.
• Experience with planning systems and BI tools like Power BI/SQL.
• Ability to manage large SKU assortments and inventories.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual, seasonal, and monthly sales, inventory, and receipt plans.
• Create demand forecasts at style/color/size/channel levels.
• Analyze trends and performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Finance and Merchandising to align forecasts with objectives.
• Present performance, forecasts, and strategies to senior leadership.
• Own inventory health across distribution channels and optimize service levels.
• Execute replenishment buys and manage lead times with vendors.
• Build dashboards and reporting for core business performance.
