You will help maintain clean, organized linen closets and support essential hospital operations for a community-focused facility.

The role requires following safety procedures for detergents, handling textiles with care, and reporting equipment or cleaning product needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Sorts and loads articles into washer and adds detergent.
• Moves clean, wet articles to dryers for timed cycles.
• Delivers laundered personal clothing items to patient rooms with attention to detail.
• Folds and places cleaned items in linen closets and throughout the facility.
• Reports equipment or cleaning product needs to Supervisor in a timely fashion.
• Adheres to safety precautions regarding detergents and cleaning agents.

Responsabilités

• Sorts and loads articles into washer and adds detergent.
• Lifts clean, wet articles from washer and places into dryers for timed cycles.
• Sorts articles according to type and delivers laundered items to patient rooms and linen closets.
• Folds and places cleaned items in appropriate locations throughout the facility.
• Reports any equipment/ cleaning product needs or malfunctions to Supervisor.
• Adheres to safety precautions and keeps laundry areas clean and organized.
