Your Profile

• You are comfortable working in a team within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Our consultants often work with the same client for several years to fully understand their—often challenging—context. At Merkator, you’ll quickly notice that we keep you actively involved in our company.
• We’re happy to provide more information about our clients and the role during an introductory conversation.
• You are an ESRI GIS developer with strong knowledge of C# .NET, ESRI SDKs, and APIs.
• You have experience with database environments such as Oracle and SQL Server, and can perform queries and data operations.
• You stay up to date with technological developments both within and outside the GIS domain.
• You have experience working in an enterprise environment and feel at home there.
• You have 3 or more years of experience as a GIS developer.
• You communicate fluently in English and have a good understanding of Dutch and/or French.
• Bonus: Experience in telecom, electricity, gas distribution and transport, water, or sewage.
• Bonus: Recent ESRI certifications.
