Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders into POS and handles cash/credit payments.
• Replenishes condiments and supplies while keeping the service area clean.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure proper food preparation and safe temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Greets customers and assists in upselling through effective communication.
• Delivers fast, friendly service and communicates customer concerns to supervisors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
