Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking an ESports Coach at Scott County High School in Georgetown, Kentucky. The Coach will be responsible for enhancing students' skills and appreciation for discipline and sportsmanship. Duties include coaching, scheduling practices, purchasing equipment, maintaining records, and ensuring safety. Citizenship or work visa is required. The position is stipend-based, with evaluations conducted by the Athletics Director/Principal.

Responsibilities

• Coaches individual participants in the skills necessary for excellent achievement in the sport involved.
• Plans and schedules a regular program of practice in season.
• Works closely with the athletics director in scheduling interscholastic contests.
• Recommends purchase of equipment, supplies, and uniforms as appropriate.
• Maintains necessary attendance forms, insurance records, and similar paperwork.
• Oversees the safety conditions of the facility or area in which assigned sport is conducted.
• Establishes performance criteria for his sport.
• Enforces disciplined and sportsmanlike behavior.
• Supervises assistant coaches.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
