Qualificações

• Pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Interest in investment banking and ESOPs is a plus.
• Relevant internship or extracurricular experience in finance is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to use AI tools to support research.
• US work eligibility without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Support ESOP formation, recapitalization, and capital markets transaction work.
• Assist with client and marketing materials such as pitch books and presentations.
• Contribute to financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and valuation work.
• Participate in structured training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
• Attend client calls and observe live transactions and pitches.
