Job summary

PNC is seeking a Capital Markets ESOP Director within the Corporate Banking ESOP Solutions team. This role can be based in multiple major markets and will drive sales, develop client relationships, and deliver capital markets solutions.

Preferred candidates have ESOP experience and a university degree with extensive industry background. The position emphasizes collaboration with relationship managers, traders, and internal partners to meet client objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; Masters degree desirable.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in capital markets.
• ESOP experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Drives sales activities for a specific product(s) or transaction(s) and manages client relationships.
• Collaborates with relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other partners to market and deliver capital markets solutions.
• Provides solutions based on client objectives and market conditions; develops and maintains client/investor relationships.
• Coordinates execution of key sales and marketing strategies such as product structuring and distribution to maximize sales and new business.
• Maintains knowledge of industry and market developments, ensures compliance, and coaches team members.
