Responsibilities

• Organizes and manages ESOP Advisory projects and translates directions into executable plans.
• Creates content for executive and client presentations, board materials, and town halls.

• Supports ESOP Advisory business strategy, planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyzes data and makes recommendations to inform decisions.
