Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year experience in adult education preferred.
• Experience with intake, recruitment, BEST Plus/TABE testing.
• Team player with knowledge of GED/test prep.
• Evenings/weekends availability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates ESOL and GED classes for the Center.
• Assists with teacher schedules, timesheets, and operations.
• Conducts adult learner intakes and testing.
• Greets inquiries and supports students, staff, and community.
• Tracks attendance and supports attendance improvement.
• Maintains records in CampusCE, Xenegrade, ASISTS, and Excel.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
