Compensation: $21- $26 / hour – Based on experience

*All applicants must be age 21 or older and be able to work on-site.

The Role:

In this role, you will plan, prepare, and deliver the EF academic program through structured and interactive lessons and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:
  • Teaching classes every weekday following the EF methodology.
  • Lesson planning and preparation before each class.
  • Classroom management.
  • Facilitating testing during the course, including marking tests.
  • Monitoring daily attendance and keeping up-to-date records and paperwork.
  • Attending all teacher meetings.
  • Monitoring student progress and personal goals to help them in their language improvement.
  • Ensuring the EF behavior code is always followed by students and informing management immediately if there are any issues or problems.
  • Dealing with problems and emergency situations-should they arise.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • TEFL certificate or equivalent.
  • Complete fluency in English.
  • Experience in the field of education.
  • Attend training before your contract commences.
  • Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
