Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC in Brownsville, TN is seeking a dedicated ESL Teacher to join our full-time team. You will plan and deliver individualized and group ESL instruction, aligned with Tennessee standards, and support students across varying levels of language proficiency.

You will administer ELPA21 assessments, assist with TCAP testing, and participate in IEP/504 meetings alongside special education staff, while liaising with families on cultural and language matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education.
• Active Tennessee teaching certification/license with ESL endorsement.
• Spanish-speaking required.
• Open to varying levels of experience.
• Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable with co-teaching and shifting assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and align with Tennessee standards.
