Job summary

dfa is seeking an ESL Corrugated Operator to operate packaging equipment and support production, ensuring products are properly packaged, coded, documented, and prepared for distribution.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00pm–6:30am with weekends off. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, accurate documentation, GMP compliance, and safe operation of all production and packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification, or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to operate production and packaging equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate box-forming and casing equipment used in ESL production.
• Set up and operate product coding and marking equipment.
• Support ESL filler operations and related production activities.
• Perform product sampling and complete associated documentation accurately.
• Maintain required production, quality, and sanitation records in a timely manner.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and operating areas.
• Relieve employees during scheduled breaks and meal periods as needed.
• Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Work independently while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Foreman.

• Operate box-forming and casing equipment used in ESL production
• Set up and operate product coding and marking equipment
• Support ESL filler operations and related production activities
• Perform product sampling and complete associated documentation accurately
• Maintain required production, quality, and sanitation records in a timely manner
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and operating areas
