The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position on our Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT) team will have the opportunity to help develop and scale a best-inclass Early Intervention program for ages 0-3. This position provides critical therapeutic support for children that have identified delays through the ESIT program. SLPs provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with neuromuscular disorders and/or developmental delays in speech, language, pre-speech (feeding), pre-linguistic (cognitive), and/or hearing abilities. They will ally closely with caregivers to understand their strengths, hopes, and needs that help develop a child-focused treatment plan.

SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position.
The target starting pay for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant’s pay history into account.
The range above allows our employees room for growth during their tenure in the position.
