Children’s Therapy Center is seeking an ESIT Referral Coordinator to join our Early Support Team. The role focuses on guiding families through ESIT eligibility and connecting them with services, while working closely with King and Pierce County partners.
The position is full-time and hybrid, with in-person meetings and team collaboration. Requires an AA degree and strong, clear communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Children’s Therapy Center is seeking an ESIT Referral Coordinator to join our Early Support Team! Our ESIT Referral Coordinator will work with the teams and referral sources to help families access Early Support Services. CTC’s goal is to help children achieve their full potential while helping parents and caregivers develop the confidence and competence, they need to support their child.
This position is available full time 40 hour per week.
This position is hybrid, with in-person expectations (including weekly team meetings and essential ESIT meetings) as assigned by direct supervisor.
Children’s Therapy Center offers equitable and competitive pay commensurate with job-related experience and education. The pay rate range for this position is $24.24-$36.92 per hour.
