Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support our global Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives. You will help manage carbon data, tracking emissions, and coordinate ESG reporting and stakeholder responses.

Ideal candidates have a high attention to detail, strong communication, and experience with data management and regulatory trends. Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–4 years in sustainability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field.
• 2-4 years of related sustainability experience preferred.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global sustainability reporting and data analysis.
• Coordinate responses to customer/supplier surveys and requests.
• Assist in maintaining certifications and ESG standards.
• Develop and deliver ESG training for employees.
• Monitor regulatory trends and advise management.
