Job summary

MFS Investment Management in Boston seeks an ESG-focused fixed income analyst to support a two-person ESG team, collaborating with analysts, portfolio managers and other partners to advance security-level ESG research and sustainability initiatives. • Work closely with other members of the equity and fixed income investment team to prepare for and conduct effective issuer engagements
• Enhance integration frameworks in fixed income sub asset classes (e.g. securitized, muni, and sovereign).
• Communicate with clients and other external parties regarding MFS' equity and fixed income ESG research and stewardship activity
• Represent MFS in various sustainability organizations/initiatives
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as necessary

WHAT YOU WILL DO

At MFS, we believe in fair and transparent compensation. For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position. This range reflects our good-faith expectation forwhat we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensationbased on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
