Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Senior ESG Program Manager to lead product carbon footprint work, Scope 3 reporting, and target modeling across functions. You will translate regulatory requirements and internal priorities into repeatable processes and deliverables.

This role reports to the Head of ESG & Human Rights and collaborates across the business to operationalize ADI’s ESG commitments. Remote candidates are considered, with a strong preference for those local to the Wilmington, MA area.

Qualifications

  • GHG accounting experience with GHG Protocol in practical business use.
  • Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams with emphasis on timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to interpret environmental, sustainability or compliance requirements into practical processes.
  • Experience supporting audits, assessments, certifications or compliance programs with documentation.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to create clear procedures, work instructions, trackers, and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated judgment to balance detail and priorities and escalate risks when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Carbon Footprint work, maintain and improve models, coordinate inputs across functions.
  • Coordinate ESG and sustainability initiatives across internal functions for timely execution.
  • Support Scope 3 reporting with stakeholders and ensure deliverables' quality.
  • Model sustainability targets and assess potential outcomes and opportunities.
  • Support audits and assessments with documentation, guidance, and auditor interaction.
  • Engage with customers on PCF topics, ensuring accurate and defendable information.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, trackers, and documentation.
  • Manage project timelines and priorities across multiple workstreams, escalate risks.
