Job summary

Bridgeprep Academy, Inc. is seeking a compassionate ESE Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year in Hollywood Hills, FL. The role focuses on delivering specially designed instruction, coordinating IEPs, and collaborating with school staff to support diverse learners.

You will design and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and communicate with families. A Florida ESE certification and Level 2 background clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field preferred).
• Florida ESE certification or Temporary Certificate required (K–12).
• ESE endorsement preferred (eligible for stipend).
• Florida Level 2 background screening required.
• Knowledge of Florida ESE guidelines and IEP drafting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and implement compliant IEPs with measurable goals and progress reports.
• Provide direct, specially designed instruction aligned with state standards.
• Track and analyze student data to monitor progress toward goals and adjust instruction.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and staff to implement accommodations.
• Lead annual IEP meetings and communicate with families regarding progress.
