• Certification in Exceptional Student Education (ESE)

Key Responsibilities

• Required to serve as our ESE Teacher in support of our Special Education (ESE) K-8 program.
• Deliver specialized Instruction providing one‑on‑one or small group instruction
• Use techniques and materials tailored to each student's learning style.
• Modify and accommodate general education lesson plans so students can access the curriculum.
• Teach essential functional skills such as life and social skills
• Develop and implement IEPs, determining measurable goals for each student.
• Continuously monitor progress by tracking student performance, adjusting teaching strategies, and reporting on goal progression.
