Responsibilities

• Engage in ongoing professional quality improvement.
• Promote critical, creative, and evaluative thinking in learners.
• Use instructional strategies reflecting diverse student needs and backgrounds.
• Adhere to ethics, regulations, and district policies.
• Support learning environments that foster engagement and motivation.
• Plan, align, implement, and evaluate instruction and assessment across settings.
• Collaborate with peers, families, and community to improve student experiences.
• Integrate technology in teaching and learning processes.
• Complete ESOL training requirements if LEP students are assigned.
• Maintain and report school records as required by law and district.
