Stewart is a leading real estate services company offering title insurance, settlement, underwriting and lender services. The team delivers escrow support for residential and commercial transactions and plays a key role in coordinating documents and timelines.

As an Escrow Clerk, you will perform centralized clerical processing, communicate internally, follow standard procedures, and support the escrow team to ensure accurate and timely closings across the office and production centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows.
• Communicates information and instructions to branch offices; limited to no interaction with customers.
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines.
• Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams.
• Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided.
• Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options.
• Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
• Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach; Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
