Job summary

Compass Integrated Services is seeking an Escrow Processing Supervisor to oversee the regional processing team and ensure production goals are met in a 100% remote role reporting to the National Escrow Processing Manager.

The ideal candidate has strong real estate industry experience, at least 2 years in supervision, and excellent communication. Responsibilities include workflow leadership, issue escalation, training, and collaboration with vendors and local leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/people management experience.
• Interpersonal influencing and relationship building.
• Strong ability to analyze, practice good judgment, and decision making.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and the ability to learn new technical applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.

Escrow Processing Supervisor

Compass Integrated Services is seeking a Supervisor to supervise the escrow processing team which supports our local title settlement business operations in Colorado, Utah, and Missouri. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to provide oversight to the processing team, monitor workload and performance in order to ensure consistent achievement of production goals. This is a 100% remote position reporting to the National Escrow Processing Manager.
