SERHANT. is seeking an Escrow Operations Specialist to manage escrow funds across the real estate transaction lifecycle.
You will collaborate with Compliance, Commissions, Accounting, and Brokerage Operations, ensuring proper documentation, monitoring, and timely communication from initial deposit through closing or cancellation. You will review documentation, maintain escrow records, resolve discrepancies, and support disbursements and month-end reconciliations with internal teams.

The Escrow Operations Specialist supports the accurate and timely management of escrow funds throughout the real estate transaction lifecycle. This role works cross-functionally with Compliance, Commissions, Accounting, and Brokerage Operations. Externally, this role will involve daily interaction with agents, closing entities and co-operating brokerages to ensure escrow requirements are properly documented, monitored, and communicated from initial deposit through closing or cancellation.
The Specialist reviews transaction documentation, maintains accurate escrow records across systems, identifies discrepancies, and proactively resolves issues that could impact closing or the distribution of funds.
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $75,000.00 USD.
This position is remote eligible for candidates based in the United States area. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
