You will represent the company professionally with vendors, partners, and customers, and translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into clear goals. Expect generous PTO and a leadership team that prioritizes development.

Formación

• 4 years of communication experience.
• Written communication that can survive a forwarded email chain.
• Practical command of Work-Life Balance, with bonus points for Goal Setting.
• The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard.
• Hands-on familiarity with Goal Setting, sharpened by Work-Life Balance side projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with Active Listening, ideally paired with Goal Setting.
• Proven Attention Management judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit.

Responsabilidades

• Represent StartupForge professionally with vendors, partners, and customers
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality
• Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into a crisp Goal Setting plan
• Earn the trust to make ownership-driven judgment calls without a committee
• Pressure-test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes
• Deliver remote-friendly results that align with broader business objectives
• Make the heads-down-and-happy call when the data points two different directions
