Job summary

Stewart is seeking an experienced escrow professional to provide escrow services for residential and commercial transactions, including new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare. You will facilitate real estate closings with a high level of customer service and proactive communication.

With 5+ years in real estate or escrow, you will handle new escrow accounts, manage funds, prepare documents, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Handle real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies.
• Acts as a neutral liaison between file parties, adheres to company policy, and monitors and mitigates risk to the company.
• Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives.
• Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work.
• Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently.
• Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
• Communicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others.
• Works under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
• Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management
