Job summary

Penn Community Bank is seeking an Escrow Operations Specialist to manage escrow accounts, analyze annual escrow data, and ensure compliance with RESPA and related regulations. You will interact with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries and process loan-related transactions.

The role requires banking experience, attention to regulatory details, and familiarity with escrow and insurance requirements. Hybrid work with standard bank hours is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of banking experience.
• Knowledge of RESPA Guidelines.
• Prior loan operations (escrow agent) experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of flood regulations.
• Knowledge of DNA Core System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay all related tax bills prior to their due date, avoiding penalties.
• Complete the annual escrow analysis per RESPA guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute annual escrow and PMI disclosures.
• Monitor insurance requirements with tracking vendor and release PMI when appropriate.
• Process loan-related transactions and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in updating policies and procedures as needed.
• Participate in quality control and audit assessments.
• Monitor taxes payments and obtain proof of payment from borrowers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies; participate in training.
