Qualifications

• Ohio Notary commission is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review commitments and purchase agreements.
• Review legal documents and interpret trusts, powers of attorney, and estate dockets.
• Gather all documents required to prepare settlement statements.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and enforce adherence.
• Explain provisions and procedures to clients.
• Collaborate with Escrow Officers for best customer service.
