Job summary

Old Republic Title is seeking an Escrow Auditor to join our Florida Audit team. The role focuses on reviewing escrow reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and preparing audit reports to uphold the integrity of real estate transactions in Florida.

As a recent accounting graduate or student, you will develop skills in financial analysis, auditing, and risk management while working remotely within the state. Strong Excel and communication skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student in accounting/finance programs.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze escrow account reconciliations submitted by title agents.
• Identify discrepancies, unusual activity, or potential risk by comparing records.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and document findings.
• Communicate observations and recommendations to agents and internal management.
• Identify outstanding premium or search revenue reflected in reconciliations.
• Assist with audits of prospective and terminated title agents.
• Partner with internal teams to support compliance and financial integrity.
