Job summary

Stewart Title is seeking an Escrow Officer/Assistant to provide escrow services for residential and refinance transactions and to deliver proactive customer service throughout the closing process.

In this role, you will support escrow officers in a branch, follow established procedures, manage your workload and collaborate with related teams to ensure smooth closings. A high school diploma is required; 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related escrow experience or real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to escrow officers in a branch office setting by performing administrative duties and providing customer support related to escrow closings.
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines.
• Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams.
• Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided.
• Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options.
• Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
• Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach.
• Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
