Job summary

Enlightened Recovery Ventnor is seeking a creative and engaging Full-Time Licensed Therapist to join our outpatient team in Ventnor, NJ. This role provides clinical services to adults in both SUD and Behavioral Health programs at the IOP and OP levels of care.

It’s a good fit for a licensed clinician who wants to treat substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders within one collaborative team. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM (four 10-hour days).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey license as an LCADC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or LSW.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience treating substance use and/or mental health disorders in an outpatient setting (2+ years preferred).
• Experience working with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong group facilitation and documentation skills.
• CPR certification (employer-provided if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions at the IOP and OP levels of care for SUD and mental health programming.
• Manage a caseload of SUD and BH clients, including individual therapy sessions that support treatment goals.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and reviews within required timeframes.
• Provide evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care).
• Coordinate care with the psychiatric provider, utilization review, and outside providers as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with the Program Director and clinical team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
• Complete all documentation in the EMR per NJ state regulations and Joint Commission standards.
