Raymond Storage Concepts invites an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our Cincinnati team onsite. You will bridge business needs and ERP capabilities, helping design effective processes and data flows as we migrate from eBS Next to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, translate requirements into concrete ERP solutions, and support configuration, testing, and deployment while championing data quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ERP Business Analyst experience or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they support business operations.
• Experience with business analysis, process improvement, system implementation, and/or system testing.
• Experience supporting change management and the adoption of new processes or ERP functionality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key subject matter expert for our ERP system and help teams understand how to use its capabilities effectively.
• Partner with departments across the organization to understand business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help prepare for and support our planned transition from eBS Next to Microsoft Business Central.
• Translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardize workflows through better use of ERP functionality.
