Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a senior IT leader with extensive experience in financial systems, ERP, and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage large finance transformation programs, drive system development and implementation, and foster strong client relationships across federal government environments. Travel to Alexandria, VA for meetings and training will be required as needed, with on-site work in Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12 years of information technology experience with a focus on Financial Systems, preferably within Federal Government environments.
• Experience managing large finance transformation programs and knowledge of system development and implementation.
• Development of engagement work plans and deployment of program criteria.
• Ability to lead NextGen IT modernization initiatives and provide guidance to teams.

Description:

The desired candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Other desired qualifications include 12 years of information technology experience with a focus on Financial Systems, preferably within Federal Government environments. Additionally, the desired candidate should offer extensive experience in managing large finance transformation programs, knowledge of and experience with system development and implementation, development of engagement work plans, deployment of program criterion and managing client relationships.

In addition, 10 years of experience with focus on ERP systems,database administration and web applications planning, d esign, development, implementation, and maintenance is preferred. Strong functional knowledge of banking and capital markets, mortgage industry (e.g., loan servicing), loan level accounting, sub- ledger and general ledger experience, along with the proven ability to lead NextGen IT modernization initiatives while providing guidance to teams would be suitable candidates.
