Wieland is seeking an ERP Solution Architect in Granite City, IL to define and guide ERP architecture across business systems. You will partner with business and technology teams to translate strategic needs into secure, scalable solutions while establishing technical standards for current and future capabilities.

This role offers onsite or hybrid work options, with emphasis on modernizing enterprise applications, data security, and seamless integrations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, ERP systems, solution architecture, software development, or a related discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated experience designing and modernizing business-critical applications and integrated enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, APIs, integration patterns, data architecture, security, identity and access management, and application infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of source control, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud and on-premises environments, monitoring, backup, recovery, and controlled release practices.
• Ability to evaluate complex problems, explain tradeoffs, document decisions, mentor others, and influence cross-functional teams; ERP or manufacturing-systems experience preferred.

• Design and govern integrations among ERP platforms, databases, cloud services, reporting tools, and third-party applications.
• Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions based on business value, scalability, security, cost, risk, and supportability.
• Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to developers, administrators, project teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Support modernization, implementation, upgrade, migration, and continuous-improvement initiatives from design through stabilization.
• Guide resolution of complex technical issues, maintain architecture documentation and roadmaps, and promote knowledge sharing and continuity.

Job Location: US-IL-Granite City

Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000/year

May be eligible for a variable compensation plan bonus based upon company performance within fiscal year cycle.
