Job summary

Young Brothers is seeking an ERP/IT leader to manage SAP upgrades and cross-department integrations in Honolulu. You will partner with Operations, Finance, and Engineering to align ERP with business goals and ensure system reliability.

Ideal candidate has strong ERP background, API/EDI experience, and a focus on governance, security, and data quality to support advanced analytics and BI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 10-yr+ experience in managing an ERP system and business process design.
• NetSuite certification and PMP certification are a plus.
• Experience in the marine industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technical upgrades and support integration with ERP applications.
• Collaborate with business customers to plan API integrations and EDI implementations.
• Plan and conduct user acceptance testing for new/modified processes and components.
• Monitor system performance and manage upgrades/patches; ensure data integrity.
