Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementation at our Pine Bluff/Little Rock manufacturing facility. This high-visibility role requires shaping project planning, governance, and cross-functional alignment.

You will own the project from planning through go-live, coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT, and ensure timelines, budgets, and vendor performance stay on track.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of project management experience, including ERP implementations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop governance, reporting, and risk-management processes to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT teams.
• Manage timelines, scope, and vendor performance; escalate risks as needed.
• Oversee cutover and go-live activities and user training.
