Job summary

Red River seeks a Product Manager, ERP to lead strategy, roadmap and day-to-day oversight of ERP systems, including NAV/Business Central upgrade and Costpoint governance. The role requires translating finance and technical needs, coordinating with vendors, and guiding lifecycle activities from planning to go-live.

The ideal candidate will drive ERP improvements, manage data integrity, and collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain to maximize ROI and user adoption.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Business Applications, or ERP administration/support.
• Knowledge of standard software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Lead upgrade from NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central with planning, requirements, testing, and go-live.
• Serve as business owner for Deltek Costpoint including enhancements and issue triage.
• Build and maintain the ERP product roadmap with cross‑functional input.
• Gather requirements with Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain teams.
